I brought plenty of knives, and a cheese slicer, and a corkscrew, and plates and napkins and… All the things. And it ended up being three meals as well as snacks since we stayed at a hotel last night, so even though I still have leftovers of everything except the wine it was a good amount of food to bring.
I had to cook at my house tonight. Weird! BBQ chicken thighs (smokey mesquite rub, then just some Sweet Baby Ray’s because I got lazy), bag salad with grape tomatoes, and cottage cheese.
