Catering win! Dinner was a choice of vegetarian lasagna, London Broil, or Chicken Marsala. With roasted asparagus, roasted baby red potatoes, and honey-mustard carrots. Also a chef’s salad bar, fresh-baked breads, and vegetable soup. Dessert was creme brulee with fresh raspberries.
Mar, that fire is just around the corner from my best friend’s sister-in-law’s house. They’re on the side that hasn’t had to evacuate, but you can see it from their yard. Makes me sad.
