I fully intended to cook again, but I just got done with this and I suspect it’s going to end up being dinner later. For a friend’s 50th birthday… 3-layer French vanilla cake, seedless raspberry preserves between the layers, raspberry buttercream, garnished with fresh raspberries and sliced almonds.
