Last night I ate at Babe’s Barbecue & Grill in Rancho Mirage.  It was started by Don Callendar of Marie Callendar’s fame.

I had a combo plate and asked them to substitute the St. Louis ribs with baby backs.  The other meat they called Texas Tri-tip  (No such thing!)

Everything was outstanding.
