Tonight I phoned it in. Cold grocery store rotisserie chicken and cottage cheese. I didn’t even bother to come up with a second side. Later I’m having more of that tortellini, though, because lord was that good!

I’ll often get one of those rotisserie chickens at the supermarket and put it right into the refrigerator to start eating after it gets cold.
