We often have tacos on Monday nights (because “Taco Monday” has a catchy ring to it), usually with hard corn shells and flour tortillas. This past Monday’s leftover meat will probably be my bachelor dinner tonight.
Last night was chuck eye steaks in the iron skillet (with butter and olive oil), mushrooms sauteed in the drippings, peas and onion rings.
