We make our lasagna with whatever noodles are cheapest, cottage cheese, ground beef, ketchup, and American cheese singles and green can parmesan on the top.
Tonight I needed to use up some produce that was BOGO last week, so I made a Greek-ish salad with cucumber, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, and feta, dressed with extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh dill. Then I rubbed some Greek seasoning with feta on some chicken (the breasts were HUGE, so we split one) and pan-seared it. And since we needed another thing, forgettable frozen vegetable blend.
