Mar, that all looks great! How was the uni? I am a big fan of it when I get it at sushi restaurants. Never have seen it spread on bread of any type. Everything just looks wonderful!

Root-Beer Man…  It was delciously luscious.  Very creamy rich.

There were six of us and it was served family style.  The website says it’s Israeli.  Sure it is.
