WW4B, it was awesomely crispy! And even better, when I had some cold for lunch today it was STILL awesomely crispy! I don’t know how they do that, but I love them for it.
Today was my only chance to make mom’s Mother’s Day dinner. Caprese-stuffed balsamic chicken, Insalata Caprese, asparagus with bacon and red onion, and Grands biscuits. Later there will be coconut tapioca pudding (I used Malibu rum instead of vanilla, stirred in some toasted coconut, and will top with more toasted coconut to serve).
And just because it was so darn pretty…
