Blue Crab Bay Co’s. Clam Chowder with an extra can of their chopped sea clams. I dump the chopped sea clams in the pot after I take the chowder off the heat. They don’t get overcooked and rubbery that way. And of course, a tablespoon of fresh chopped Italian leaf parsley and freshly ground white peppercorns.
I also like Campbell’s upmarket brand’s (I don’t recall the name) version of Italian Wedding Soup.
