Best all around Fun one………Bookbinders Lobster Bisque…………as a soup, made into a sauce for various things ..including mock lobster with sauteed mushrooms and onions served over split popovers……….even lightly ladeled over steak or tenderloin with a little garlic and sherry (or marsala) added to it
