Fresh mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, over crushed San Marzano tomatoes. Maybe a dusting of grated pecorino or parmigiano if we’re making it at home. (My husband is the pizza chef.)
For take-out/delivery, it depends on the source, but I confess to a weakness for mushrooms and breakfast bacon (real bacon). Alternatively, I like mushroom-onion-green pepper.
