Eggs Benedict but I haven’t indulged in some time.
 
Give me an onion bagel, a schmeer of cream cheese, a slice of onion and a load of lox accompanied by a couple Greek olives.
 
If it’s Utah where you are opening, lox and bagels may be novel enough to be a hit.
