Awesome ideas! I never considered Corned beef and Hash! I think that would be a great idea. I was planning on making our signature dish be Biscuits and Gravy now I think I may see about both. I don’t think we have anyone pushing CB and hash in Utah.
The restaurant is my take on family recipes and we will buy as much local produce and meat as possible. I am very big on organic and local.
