I don’t know if there’s any interest in grits in UT, but I really like be given a choice between grits or hash browns, and the grits need salt, and shouldn’t be runny.
It’s silly, but I like those little packets of grape jelly with a biscuit or buttered wheat toast.
real ham -not processed deli slices, or ham loaf
Not to offend, but one of the things I can’t stand about some breakfast places is greasy salt and pepper shakers, and sticky syrup dispensers.
