Take that stuffed French toast up a notch:
dip the stuffed toast in your egg mixture (I add a little sugar and some cinnamon) then dredge it in crushed cereal flakes, patting the flakes on both sides very well, fry in butter.
Three important items:
~really good coffee, from fresh ground beans, locally roasted if possible
~good selection of quality tea bags for the tea drinkers
~ the best bread you can find or make for toast.
