If I had to pick one it would be a nice, fat omelet with fresh peppers, onions, tomatoes, ham, mushrooms, and cheese.  And, of course a nice hot sauce on the side.
Also, a nice slice of cold watermelon on the side. 
 
My husband would go with biscuits and country style gravy loaded with sausage.
