nowadays … Guinness stout draught (not the Double Stout) … or Murphys Irish stout. Both are tasty, low alcohol and (so I tell myself) a bit of a health drink of sorts when it comes to nutrition. I’ve adopted a pattern for the past year or so of really watching what I eat.
Only drinking basically Guinness makes it so much easier to decide whether to accept when I get the offer to have a drink, I hardly have to think about it.
Otherwise my tastes in drinks is far ranging indeed.
