Ordinarily, I’d say “whatever is close to hand”………but…I made up(?) a drink I’m calling Island Insanity.
 
Equal parts of Dark Rum (Calico Jack is nice!), Coke, Pineapple juice…….a hefty splash of bitters and some nutmeg……..puts planters punch back in the fields!
