This is old hat, probably, to everyone, but me but I roasted some carrots last week. First time, I every tried roasting vegetables. I really liked them and I don’t think I even did it properly. Just set the oven on 350 and sprayed them with some Pam. It was baby carrots. I brought home a big bag and found my teeth really up to the challenge. I’m a reluctant, minimal cook but I did like that. Looking forward to doing it again.
I bet those chips were awfully good. Would even improve an ordinary chip. In my retro, pre-microwave, cookbooks, they talk about freshning chips, crackers, cereal, ect., Interesting how ideas stay the same but technology evolves.
