Just got back from RD, what a find… thanks for the tip guys!

The Vienna Beef 8/1 are 37.38 for 10lb, and the 5/1 are 38.56 for 10lb.

Definitely a little more expensive that a Sabrett…   wonder if the name brand is worth more?  I’m _not_ doing true Chicago dogs from the cart (to start anyway) so not sure if it matters. It might even look foolish to have Vienna Beef and not offer a chicago dog… heh.

Edit: was disappointed by the roll selection at RD though. What do you guys do for rolls?
