i disagree on the value of many festivals and fairs.  i’ve not run into any sort of “extra” donation issue.  while they are usually not set up to benefit you the vendor, they can be very lucrative.  i may be exempt from the extra, though.  i’m probably full of “typical hyprocrite liberal bull sh it.”  yeah, that’s it.  i got over 6 years of Jr. college. almost half my teeth left.  just spilled gun oil on my Jr. shirt…damn!  one thing about it, i’m not nearly as think as i smart i am.
