The request that I least like to hear is….. (insert drum roll here)   CRISPY HASH BROWNS. My hash browns are ALWAYS crispy unless otherwise requested. I see it on just about all of my tickets that do not belong to regulars. Pisses me off to no end!

You’d get that order from me, and it is based upon my experience.  They used to actually come out white at one place we frequented years ago.  I started requesting them burnt to get some that were decently browned and crispy.

Same from me too, most places around here serve them with a lot of white, barely cooked potato.
