I have gotten outstanding support from Vienna Beef, especially the local rep and Restaurant Depot where I get my supplies.
I use both skinless and NC and have had positive comments on both. I’m a NC guy myself. My thought is (and is by no means the most popular view) why should someone buy a Hebrew National or Nathan’s from me when they can get it at the grocery store? I offer my customers something they typically can’t get here in DFW.
