The state has there basic rule on sink but every town has there own rules. Example, I talked to a a city inspector and she wants food safety cert, four sinks and a refrigerator and pressurized water. Then I talked to an inspector next town over and he tells if my cart is clean and presentable and just selling hot dogs and precooked sausage Im all set and don’t even need my food cert (still going to get). Which was very cool. The more strict town has a lot more fairs and events.
I talked to cms and they could retrofit for under 300 and they are about a 1 1/2 from me. Which is nice in case I need to have something major serviced. I am handy ond prob could handle most prob but I like idea of having manuftr close by.
I have read several post on on on demand water seems like good idea.
