time to recruit the family member who always said they’d help you out.  I’d do both if possible… but if the cart is doing well, I wouldn’t give it up, b/c you KNOW someone is probably eyeing that spot to see if he doesn’t show one time.

I’ve been eyeing spots I think would do well for when I open, Hopefully in a few weeks. Praying that no one is thinking on the same lines as me. I keep my mouth shut around the local people though when they ask me where I’m going to set up, UNTIL I’m actually open at least.
