So I’m done, we passed inspection, and now we are ready to sell sell sell!
Just a piece of advice to anybody trying to do their own work, READ thru all the build posts here and never assume that whatever someone did will fit your project, there are many things that now that I think about it I could’ve done different/better, but the excitement and need to have the truck running and making money, took the best of me.
I sifted thru all of the build posts and picked and chose from every single one of them based on my needs and local health department codes.
Again build to your needs, I think we can agree that reese’s, daddywoofdog and kingofcreams builds are the tits but you’ll never see 2 of the same builds.
anyways I thank you ALL for pouring all of your knowledge so we can all benefit from it. 
Also the Dr. for sharing a lot of industry knowledge and common sense [:p]
