One of the very best breakfasts that I ever had was in Franklin, Tennessee (1994).  I found it thanks to the Sterns’ 1992 Roadfood edition.   It was at:

Dotson’s sits on the bank of a river and was heavily damaged during the Historic Record Level Floods of May 2010.
