Surprised no one mentioned Basketball or Football.

   I did mention Football in a previous post. I said that I thought that Australian Rules Football and Rugby were probably the hardest on the body, read, “”pads.” It’s kind of like watching a tidal wave.

  American Football is kind of like watching an explosive car wreck every 30-45 seconds (with full padding.)
Although I am a fan of all Football except soccer, I still think that A.R.F. and Rugby are the hardest on the body.
