Still a little ??? on that Mikey…
No implications, it’s a post about TD and Mobile Foods. I’m dealing with them long distance. I have a story, as I’m sure Mikey does. I’m new here, but no stranger to forums, I have many thousand posts on other forums. People gather to share experiences, save time, and be better prepared for whatever they’re venturing in to. There’s little out there on Top Dog. I thought I’d add my 2 cents, but only when requested. (I’ll be allowed to PM here soon…)
Do you understand why there is very little out there on T.D. Carts. Most people cannot or do not venture into that price range at the start.
They do not advertise or very little. Word of mouth on their product is what drives there sales. Most customers of theirs are /or had a couple of carts before going there. People start a cart, work it for maybe less than two years and sell. Done, gone ,into something else if they made it that long. Most people with a T.D. Cart are still finding ways to expand, for the cart is underutilized as a Hot Dog Cart.
You think 700 plus mile from Orlando is short 3hr. drive, if I have a problem. Been to shop, and house, which has the old shop next to them.
People ask me what I think of cart, I put it out there. No sales, just true thoughts. If I told you what every salesperson had told me from buying cars,Trks, Looking at carts, my keyboard would explode. LOL
What Jim and I discuss is our business. Our business alone.
I will tell you I have had one problem, on the phone, Jim overnited the part and lined up the service person for next day. Cart was up and running
and did not miss a day.
Customer service, not sales.
Other carts do this, how much do you lose by being down.
