How come everyone doesn’t know that the best black eyed peas are picked GREEN and eaten fresh or frozen, not dried and reconstituted.   

Green Black Eyed peas are wonderful in flavor and texture.   Just wish you could find stores that carried them fresh or green frozen.

Kroger Co. offers green frozen black eyed peas in some stores.  (I have a 12 oz. bag of them in my freezer right now.)
