I haven’t heard any horns here in St Pete, maybe it’s because

1) I am hard of hearing

2) I don’t watch the dumb games.

Had a client years ago who was awakend by a lot of noise in the middle of the night.
There was an elephant in their garbage pails.  The Cole Brothers Circus was setting
up shop a few blocks away and Dumbo just wandered off, unseen.
