Sounds very exciting! However…this is not a suggestion but a question or process to determine where you wish to be or to identify the best resaonable place to persue for location.
 
So your idea of the perfect location within reason. Within reason meanng it is about business (not pleasure/fantasy driven) and maybe includes a good deal of business factors attached to the opinion.

I am doing a huge halloween store in October. It is the Spirit chain and I hope it works out for some extra money. The beauty about these places is the hours are until 9 p.m. with constant flow the last 2 weeks of October.
