For those who tried the spinach bake for the first time what did you think??????

My one cousin RSVPd almost immediately, his mother and father did not RSVP until 2 weeks before and she said
 
“With my foot surgery last month it has still been causing me issues, and swelling and soreness, I feel that we wont be able to make it this year”
 
Monday before Turkey Day her daughter calls and says
 
“I wont be coming to your Thanksgiving day Dinner, I am going to my mothers house for dinner”
 
Yes you guessed it, the one who in the past has complained the food was too rich, and that this yr her foot was tooooo sore and giving her so many problems, yet she felt good enough to cook a full thanksginving meal for 14 people.
 
Her son who RSVP’d never did show up, and her husband did stop by for coffee and dessert around 6pm
 
I went from having 12 people at dinner to having 3 one of which arrived 45 minutes late.
