Our Menu has finally come together. For 12 on the farm
Appetizers
Bleu Goat Cheese and crackers ( artisan goat cheese makers )
Main Course
Strip Steaks ( screw the fowl -eat the cow)
Sea Scallop Sandwichs
Brussels Sprouts /spiced Walnuts, Bleu Cheese and Bacon
and for ending:
Nuttella Bottom Pecan Pie
Spicy Chipotle Chocolate Cake with a Nuttela Cream Cheese frosting
Wine(samplings from local wineries) and beer and for me Coffee
