When this franchise came to STL about 6 years ago it was actually quite good. It became the “go to” cheap date for my ovo/lacto vegetarian wife (strange, I know!) and I. She loved the rolls and baked sweet potato and I of course liked the meat. It was all fine and dandy until about two years ago when they started dumping steak seasoning, i.e., salt on their steaks making eating one a fast track to hypertension. This must be a company wide policy as I have experienced it at locations around the country.
