The corporate headquarters for Texas Roadhouse is on Dutchman’s Lane in Louisville, KY. While that is close (5-10 miles) to Indiana, it is indeed in the heart of the city of Louisville, Kentucky.  It is close to the headquarters for YUM Inc and Papa John’s in the corporate food leadership business.
