They cook everything ahead of time. I have a sodium restriction, tried to call ahead of time to ask if I could get an unsalted baked potato. I was told they cook the food from 1-4, at least the prep work, so there would be no way to get a potato without the salt crust. I was able to get a baked sweet potato, but they acted put out when I asked for cinnamon to put on it.
Not to mention we waited almost 90 minutes for a table one night. I’m sorry if you don’t know how to seat people, but if 2 people are lingering after their meal at a table that you need in order to seat other people, offer them a free dessert item & coffees if they will agree to move their conversation to the bar. ESPECIALLY if a party of 8 ($100 check, easy!) is waiting to sit down & eat. The manager refused to do it. I will never eat there again.
