They cook everything ahead of time.

I dont think the steaks are cooked ahead of time.  They dont’t taste, look, smell, or feel like re-heats
 
The yeast rolls also appear to be baked in batches throughout the night – never had one that wasn’t  fresh
 
Certain items need to be prepared ahead of time, like the baked potatoes and the green beans w/onion an bacon, which are usually quite good.
