Tasty, ditto with Gene, If you lived in Alaska I may feel a bit different about the buns. With having 3-1/3 pans it increases your menu, right now your a bit limited. With a Chili dog you could be at $3, nachos served in a “3# FF container Boat”  they may sell with the court house customers, and I like the idea of hooking up a side of Nacho chips/cheese with a Chili dog for a combo meal, its just something different than offering chips………………… …………BillyB
