Thanks for comments guys. BillyB, 8/1  4/1 is right. Your set up recommendation is: 1/3 hot dog hold-1/3 chili-1/3 cheese, is this right? Are you saying I shouldn’t steam my buns? Do you think this would work; 1/3 hot dog hold-1/3 bun steamer-1/6 chili-1/6 cheese. Also have a question about buns. What do you cart people do to handle your buns during transportation and at the cart to keep from smashing them. Buying fresh buns every 3 days and have had to pitch some because I want a nice looking product.

Edit: Do I have to go to picture sight to display pics. Have plenty of pics to choose from and would make my questions easier to answer. If I have to use pic sight on other forum it will take me some time to navigate. Thankfully I’m pretty busy selling dogs right now!
