One thing everyone needs to keep in mind is the the Pacific Northwest is far from the epicenter of hotdogs.

The locals have almost no experience with good hotdogs … I wonder how they’d react to a ripper.

Good point! But maybe it’s time for the PNW’s to enjoy and appreciate a deep fried ripper! The OP may than be known for his ice cream AND a unique (at least in the PNW) hot dog style that is very popular in the northeast! (well, NJ at least….) Damm – now you’re making want to drive up to north Jersey for a Rutt’s Hut Ripper!
