The rippers are something I am going to offer as a “special of the day” to just put it out there occasionally that we can do them that way.
Right now, most of my business is repeat customers, on their lunch breaks so I am going to tell them we are trying a new way of cooking their dog and take the feedback. We are going to grill/griddle the dog using the cast iron steak weight.
BTW- One of the current dogs we sell and is up there in popularity with the “Chicago Style Dog”
The Tijuana Dog- Toasted bun, refried beans, Taco Sauce, All beef dog, shredded cheddar cheese, tomato, and sour cream.
I think this dog will be even better with a grilled dog on it.
