The food at Allen Street Grill is fine though nothing unique to write home about, but it has a great atmosphere overlooking all the activity of College Avenue from above street level with a view of Old Main across the street. The real heart of the campus is right there at that intersection. You can sit in the windows above the Corner Room for the view but there’s also a great piano bar off to the side if you’re there around happy hour. Zeno’s, which is the pub in the basement is also worth a stop if you’re still around later in the evening for some quality music and entertainment.
