I think an authentic Sabrett cart could go over really well here. There is nothing than I hate worse is seeing a cart in downtown dallas selling short fat dogs from the grocery store.

Here it is fairly easy and inexpensive to obtain a permit, though I am sure that there are probably some other expenses that are added on.
In downtown Austin there are some carts on the sidewalks proper, most use gas station and private parking lots as a base of operations. There is a trailer park directly across the street from Perla, one of he best seafood restaurants in the city. The park competes with many quality and unique restaurants along that stretch.
Two blocks from me is a gas station advertising it has space for a vendor.

That seems to be a rarer breed around these days. I cannot make that claim. I am sure that all the folks who have moved down here from the east coast would appreciate your offerings.
It’s just that I think you should have come here sooner and prior to selling your cart.

YASGUR.   I respect your decision not to involve yourself in the business at this time.  You kept your time to a minimal and gave the opportunity to someone else to benefit from your cart.  You were able to something I couldn’t do (selling my dads cart).  That action shows your unselfishness in not depriving someone else to attempt to make total use of the cart.
