I was blown away by all the pies but two deserve a special shout-out. The Elvis pie was a banana peanut butter chiffon pie. A heavy touch with the peanut butter and it would have been unpleasant. This was perfect and the candied bacon crumbles as a topping made this pie very memorable. The other was a lemon pie and if I’m not mistaken, a lemon curd panna cotta. WOW! Intense fresh lemon flavors had this pie exploding with flavor.
