boo, i have a mac n cheese dog on my menu. i’m topping the dog with crumbled bacon and mac n cheese. due to my health department i’m just using mac n cheese from the tub. its pretty delicious and while i’m not open yet the people i’ve had try it loved it.

the other one i’m planning on being a hit is a dog topped with bbq pulled pork and onion crunch. my wife and i both lost our minds the night we made them.
