I don’t think a sign would help some people.

We have “Hot Dogs   Sausages   BBQ” on the front of our cart in 6″ royal purple letters outlined in primary green on a bright yellow background.  It must be kinda hard to see because we get asked… “What do you sell?”… And we use picture menus so it can’t be because they can’t read.

The other question we get asked is “Do you sell shave ice or snocones?” (NO)

In Corpus we always got the “Do you sell Tacos? (6″ letters… HOT DOGS… SAUSAGES…. BBQ!)  Why don’t you sell tacos.  You could make a fortune selling tacos if you sold tacos.”  That’s why everyone in TX sells tacos isn’t it?

I would like a sign that says… “We built it ourselves and No we will not build you one just like it”.
