First: i want to apologize if i came off snobby Randy, if you handed me this item as “Nachos” or “frito Pie” i’d be digging it.
 
But as a CA native who grew up eating real tacos, it bothers me when some one puts ranch dressing on something or sour cream and olives and deems it “CA style” or “West coast.”  
 
To me i liken it to handing me a dog with ketchup and saying its KC bbq. 
 
Second:  the picture i put is just a googled image of tacos- this is a picture from an event i did christmas time 2011:

 
the chili on the side is a recipe i use for super bowl parties and tried selling by the bowl in the winter time, got good reviews, but didn’t sell much of it.
