This is a very easy and tasty recipe for Shepherds Pie.

2/3 lb each ground lamb and beef
1 large onion
1/2 bag frozen mixed veggies (your choice)
4 servings prepared mashed potatoes (instant is fine)
2 cups brown gravy
1/2 tsp each thyme, rosemary, and sage
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees
In a skillet, brown lamb and beef. Add onions and cook til translucent. Add the veggies now and turn off the heat. Add the herbs salt and pepper at this time. Let this mixture cool a bit while preparing potatoes and gravy.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except potatoes. Pour into a 9×9 inch baking dish. Top with potatoes and sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese. Cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve. Yields 4 servings.
